Makes approx 2 cups.
1 cup peeled and chopped rockmelon
1 cup peeled and chopped pineapple
2 oranges, peeled
crushed ice Process rockmelon, pineapple and orange
through Juice Fountain. Then pour over
crushed ice to serve.

Makes approx 1¹/2 cups.
1 punnet blueberries or
1 cup frozen blueberries (allow to thaw until just soft)
1 grapefruit, peeled
2 guavas, peeled
Process all ingredients through Juice
Fountain and serve immediately in shot
glasses. For frothy orange juice, refrigerate peeled oranges
before processing in the Juice Fountain.

and pineapple provide vitamin C, while

1 lemon, peeled
¹/4 ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
1 small piece fresh ginger root (approx 2cm long)
1-2 tablespoons honey Process lemon, pineapple and ginger through
Juice Fountain. Then stir in honey and serve
immediately.

Makes approx 2 cups
1 mango, halved, seeded and peeled
1¹/2 kiwi fruit, peeled
¹/4 pineapple, trimmed and halved
¹/4 cup fresh mint leaves
¹/2 cup crushed ice Process all ingredients through
Juice Fountain. Then scoop ice into glasses,
pour juice over and serve immediately. When juicing hard and soft ingredients to make your juice, place a hard
ingredient in the juicer, followed by a soft one, then another hard one,
and so on. This will clean the filter basket between ingredients so that
the maximum amount of juice is extracted from the produce.

1 apple
1 kiwi fruit
1 celery stalk
1 ripe tomato ¹/4 bunch parsley Process all ingredients through Juice
Fountain. Mix well to combine and serve.

Makes approx 1¹/2 cups
¹/4 ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
2 stalks celery
1 apple
1 small or Lebanese cucumber
1 small piece fresh ginger root (approx 2cm long) Process all ingredients through
Juice Fountain and serve immediately. Wrap herbs, sprouts or small leafy greens in a large
lettuce leaf, or process them through the feed chute
between firmer pieces of vegetables.
