Great Eastern Sun's Emperor's Kitchen now introduces to the natural food industry the first complete line of certified organic garlic and ginger products in jars - low-priced, high-quality, ready-to-use. Our partner company operates more than twenty organic vegetable farms all clustered around Tai Shan, the most sacred mountain in all of China. The Tai Shan area is an agricultural area of farms and food processing light industry, free from heavy industry and mining pollution sources.

Our partner company is so dedicated to organic principles that it maintains two in-house laboratories for organic testing. The first lab conducts soil testing on every field of every farm the company operates before each crop is planted to determine the condition of the soil and analyze exactly what nutrients must be added to that particular field for that particular crop. This fertilizer formula is then created in the company’s own in-house organic fertilizer factory from various animal manures, plant inputs, and minerals and applied to that field before planting. After harvesting, each crop from each field is tested in the company’s second lab for chemical residues and a variety of other contaminants before being approved for organic processing and sale. The company maintains seven of its own technically advanced processing plants so that all phases of processing from washing, peeling, cutting and cooking to IQF, air-drying, and freeze-drying to packaging and shipping are carefully controlled within the company’s own facilities.

Both Organic Chopped Ginger and Chopped Garlic are included for use in stir fries and thick soups where more body is required. Both Organic Pureed Ginger and Pureed Garlic are also included for use in salad dressings and sauces for easy blending. Organic Roasted Garlic rounds out the line-up for added convenience for the cook too busy to brown garlic.
