The Atlas 150 Wellness Colored Pasta Maker series features all the innovative features of the New Wellness Series of Pasta Maker described below, but takes it all to a much higher level with the body of the machine being made of Anodized Aluminum so not only is the body nickel-free as with the regular Wellness Series, but it is Chrome-free also. The handles and clamp are the deluxe version with the Colored series and the handles and knob are in matching anodized colors to that of the machine.

A complete system of attachments applicable to the body of the machine allows for obtaining more than 15 types of different Pastas: from Spaghetti to Ravioli, from Lasagne to Angels' Hair (Capelli D'Angelo). The whole Marcato range uses the new Wellness rollers: they are made in a special light alloy, a Marcato EXCLUSIVE PATENT that ensures your homemade pastry is 100% wholesome.
WELLNESS that is no residue on the pastry, no oxidation or change when coming into contact with water, extremely easy to clean.
The Rollers are of special Nickel-Plated Steel (Nickel-Plating 6 µm thickness) with Double-Slotted Opening for Insertion of the Handle and Motor Unit ( ). All of the gears are in case-hardened and tempered steel for extra-long life. The opening between the Flat Rollers is controlled by a Numbered Regulating Knob with 9 positions (from 2,5 mm to 0,3 mm).
The Handle and Clamp are included in the packaging and have hand-grips made of ABS suitable for food use.
The Atlas 150 Wellness Pasta Maker can make 4 different types of pasta. There is a flat roller unit for Lasagna, a cutter for Fettuccine (tagliatelle), a spaghetti cutter for making round spaghetti that is 2mm with a thicker dough sheet, and a flat noodle, (1.5 mm Tagliolini) if you use a flat dough sheet.
