The Samap F100 is a fully-featured grain mill for bakeries and restaurants.
One of the most important features, along with the heavy-duty industrial motor, is the patented cooling-turbine, which prevents heating-up of the grinding stones even after hours of continuous use. This system prevents the necessity of a fast-wearing reduction gear, and explains the above-average life span of the machine. Only natural stone is used throughout, the Samap F100 has grinding stones of Naxos/Basalt embedded in Magnesite. The grinding stones will not need any resharpening even after years of continuous use.
What can be milled in a Samap F100
All kinds of dry and hard grain can be ground, only oily grains that would 'cake' the stones should be avoided. Grains that can be ground include spelt, quinoa, rye, oats, maize, rice, millet, buckwheat and barley. The patented cooling-turbine slows down the oxidation of the germ oil, vitamins and trace minerals contained in the wholemeal, and gives a well aerated fluffy flour.
The Samap F100 is very easy to use
The F100 has a precise adjustment knob making it simple to handle, while allowing the user to adjust the grinding from powdery fine to very coarse. The F100 has a stackable hopper with adjustable feeding speed letting you get on with other things while the SAMAP gets on with the hard work. An overload circuit-breaker is also built in. |
