Yogourmet Freeze - Dried Yogurt Starter/Culture

Yogourmet yogurt starter is meticulously manufactured and scientifically balanced to ensure that you make a smooth, creamy and great tasting yogurt every time. The starter, when used with the Yogourmet Multi yogurt maker, produces delicious yogurt in only 4 1/2 hours. Suitable for use with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. Yogourmet yogurt starter is packed in sealed, double-layered envelopes for long-lasting quality.

No refrigeration needed.
Can be used with Cow, Soy or Goat's milk
Each box contains six - 5 gram envelopes
Each envelope makes 1 quart of yogurt.

Yogourmet Freeze Dried Starter Ingredients: Skim milk powder, sucrose, ascorbic acid, lactic bacteria (L.bulgaricus, S.thermophilus, Lacidophilus).
